Unlike consumer razor blades, manufactured from special steel alloy with controlled atmosphere heat treatment (austenitizing + quenching + tempering) to achieve homogeneous martensitic microstructure. This process ensures the cutting edge is both hard and tough, preventing premature dulling and cracking. Our blades feature an optimum 22° sharpening angle for precision cutting. The reason market blades dull quickly: improper edge angles and inadequate heat treatment.
